Our customer wanted to modernize and streamline operations for fencing companies. The traditional manual estimation process was slow, error-prone, and labor-intensive, while lead management was fragmented and inefficient. Their existing workflow did not allow the business to scale or provide actionable insights. The platform lacked a modern UI/UX, and critical business logic was hard-coded, making updates difficult and time-consuming.
To address these challenges, the client needed an experienced SaaS development team who could:
Develop a modern estimation and lead management platform: Deliver a web-based SaaS solution allowing fencing companies to generate accurate, instant fence quotes and manage leads efficiently. The solution needed to be scalable, reliable, and capable of supporting multiple users and projects simultaneously.
Create a seamless user experience: Build a responsive and intuitive platform for both end-users (customers requesting estimates) and company staff (admins managing leads and projects), ensuring smooth adoption and long-term engagement.

- We developed a custom estimation tool, an interactive calculator that provides instant, accurate fence quotes based on fence type, materials, dimensions, and geolocation, eliminating manual calculations and enhancing customer experience.
